      Compassionate Care, Inc. serves Cook County, Lake County and McHenry County. Our main office is in Waukegan, IL, but we also have a satellite office located in Chicago, IL. Our staff of Caregivers are insured and bonded, completely trained, background-checked, and closely monitored by the supervisor to maintain our strictly enforced standards for quality service. Our commitment to quality service has allowed us to work with many federal and state funded home care programs.
The corporate staff performs follow-up visits and phone calls to each client to assure that our services are up to par with our standards. This also gives us an opportunity to meet our clients and establish a more personal rapport with them.

Rachel Tallud Jordan, MS:

Rachel Tallud Jordan, MS completed her undergraduate work at Loyola University in Chicago, IL. She majored in Psychology and minored in Biology and finally attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology. She then furthered her education at Rush University in Chicago, IL where she attained a Masters degree in Health Science/Occupational Therapy.

Tracey Barnett, MBA, R.N.

Tracey Barnett, MBA, R.N. completed her undergraduate studies at Alverno College in Milwaukee WI. She received a BSN degree with a minor in psychology. Shortly after obtaining her undergraduate degree, she earned a MBA degree with concentration in Human Services from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. She possesses strong clinical exerience after having worked as an RN in critical care for more than 10 years.
